New Found Glory vs. Foster the People – Sound Off

New Found Glory beat the Cab in yesterday's 'Sound Off,' securing the quintet our new reigning champs! It was a close battle, but NFG's 'Anthem for the Unwanted' won nearly 55% of the fan votes. Now, the pop punk outfit will take on indie pop rockers Foster the People and their latest release 'Call It What You Want.'

While New Found Glory have been around for years, Foster the People are fairly new to the mainstream music scene. The Los Angeles-based trio hit it big with their smash hit of the summer 'Pumped Up Kicks,' but the guys have tons of other great tunes up their sleeves as well. 'Call It What You Want' is an infectious, bouncy indie pop track with a piano-driven beat -- 'Anthem for the Unwanted,' on the other hand is a classic pop punk tune with weighty, emotional lyrics and fast, heavy guitars.
