New Music Releases – April 2012
April 2012 is almost upon us, and there are plenty of new music releases on their way for springtime. While some artists have yet to confirm release dates for their rumored April albums, there's a plethora of other performers who are eagerly awaiting their official release dates.
When it comes to new music releases, Nicki Minaj will probably have the most buzz in April 2012, thanks to the her second LP 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded,' set to drop on April 2. The album will feature singles like the siren-blaring diss track 'Stupid H--,' the hip-pop hit 'Starships,' and the song she performed during her infamous Grammy set, 'Roman Holiday.'
Speaking of Nicki Minaj, the rapper's 'Fireball' crony Willow Smith is also planning on releasing her debut album some time in April, entitled 'Knees and Elbows.' This is another highly-anticipated album, as Willow has been getting fans hyped for the release since she dropped 'Whip My Hair' way back in 2010.
