If you know anything at all about Mariah Carey, it should come as no surprise that she isn't exactly the diaper-changing type. But her diva ways haven't rubbed off on hubby Nick Cannon, who revealed in a recent Anderson Cooper interview (via Us Weekly) that when it comes to baby cleanup, he's more than happy to, um, share the load.

"We all do it but for some reason, I get that duty a little bit more," Cannon admitted when asked who handles the wipes for the couple's 18-month old twins, Monroe and Moroccan. "I'm not scared of it. I go in, I put the gloves on."

Cannon's willingness to do parenthood's dirty work extends to the rest of the messes the kids generate, too. "The kids run the house. We just running and chasing after them," Cannon told Cooper. "My wife is being the diva that she is. I'm trying to keep up with them."

With that out of the way, talk naturally turned to Carey's much-publicized feud with fellow 'American Idol' judge Nicki Minaj earlier this year. While praising his wife, who he called "the classiest and strongest woman I've ever met" and described as "handling it the way she's supposed to handle it," Cannon suggested that the blame for the fracas surrounding their on-set fight belongs to the showrunners. "I was a little disappointed with the producers, because that's not what 'American Idol' is about," he said, adding, "I felt like they fed off it a little bit."
