We were already disappointed when the news broke Tuesday (March 10) that Iggy Azalea would be postponing her Great Escape Tour until the fall. And now we have more sad news: Nick Jonas confirmed on Twitter that he's dropped out of Iggy's rescheduled dates. It's okay to cry. You can see the tweet below.

"Unfortunately I'm not able to join the rescheduled Great Escape Tour, but you will still get to see me this spring, details coming!" he tweeted. Is that a hint that there's a light at the end of the tunnel for the 22-year-old singer's fans? Perhaps a solo tour after the Kids' Choice Awards, which the heartthrob is hosting? A rep for Jonas confirmed to Billboard that his solo spring tour dates will be announced soon.

Singer Tinashe, who was also set to open on the tour, has also canceled her appearances with Iggy.

In a statement made to E! News on Tuesday, Azalea's label Def Jam Recordings blamed the rescheduling on "tour production delays," and said that to "accommodate for creative team availability and tour productions, it was determined that the tour will not be ready this spring." The official statement flies in the face of rumors that the Great Escape Tour suffered poor ticket sales and that the Australian rapper and her management team are currently butting heads. The "Trouble" chart-topper recently announced she was taking breaks from both Twitter and Instagram, saying social media was making her "an angry person."

Even if you can't see her on tour until next spring, you can still show her love: Iggy Azalea is currently facing off against Ariana Grande in our fan-voted Pop Clash! She is also scheduled to appear at the Kids' Choice Awards on March 28.

See what Nick is Eating + More!
