After being (adorably) introduced by his brother, former Jonas Brothers member and current DNCE front-man Joe Jonas, Nick Jonas, arguably one of 2015's biggest breakout pop stars, took to the 2015 American Music Awards stage to blast through a medley of his recent hits off his eponymous solo album Nick Jonas (as well as his re-released album Nick Jonas X2).

The 23-year-old singer kicked off his performance with a stripped back piano rendition of his R&B-infused single "Chains," before launching into high energy sex appeal with the 80s-tinged dance-floor thumper "Levels." Smiling through the upbeat pop jam, the young singer (looking and sounding, dare I say, quite sexy this evening) seemed legitimately joyful and stoked to be on stage.

After taking to his drum-set for a spirited drum solo, the performer was joined by a full gospel choir for a particularly uplifting, electric-guitar assisted rendition of what many might argue has served as his career launching song—"Jealous." Nick looked visibly pumped and energetic after nailing the high note at the end of his set, making the whole performance undeniably infectious. Watch below for yourself:
