Nick Lachey, Vanessa Minnillo Celebrate Forthcoming Nuptials With Wedding Shower

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo's wedding is getting closer and closer with each passing day. This past weekend (Sunday, May 29), Lachey and his bride-to-be celebrated their upcoming nuptials with a wedding shower held at sunset at the London Hotel in West Hollywood.

The lovebirds arrived at the London Hotel at 7:00PM for the rooftop cocktail celebration, looking more in love than ever, according to PEOPLE. "Nick and Vanessa greeted guests hand-in-hand," an eye witness tells the magazine. "Vanessa looked gorgeous in a white dress with a black sash. She and Nick both seemed very excited to celebrate with their families and friends."

Guests enjoyed many sophisticated dishes that were prepared by the famed chef Gordon Ramsay's hotel kitchen. The evening's entertainment was done with a deejay who spun a wide variety of musical choices for the party goers. "Everyone seemed to have a great time. It was a laid back, yet sophisticated atmosphere. Guests danced until the late hours," a source tells the magazine.

Lachey and Minnillo received plenty of gifts Sunday evening during their gathering, including Juliska Berry & Thread whitewash dinnerware, Waterford champagne flutes and a Feinberg English Silver wine funnel. The soon-to-be Mr. and Mrs. Lachey are registered at Williams-Sonoma and Geary's.
