Uh-oh! Jay-Z better 'Watch the Throne.' Nicki Minaj is on the mission to dethrone the Hip-Hop Cash King with her own rap empire. In the April issue of Allure magazine (impacting newsstands on March 20), of which Minaj is the cover star, the rap vixen shares her plans of world domination.

"I had a little conversation with Jay-Z at the Victoria's Secret fashion show," she told writer Judith Newman. He said, 'Congratulations on all your success.' And I was like, 'Yeah, I'm coming for you. I'm coming for your spot, Mr. Mogul.'"

At the pace that she is going, Minaj could very well end up on the top of Forbes' Hip-Hop Cash King list this year. The Young Money artist secured her own deals with nail company OPI and M.A.C. cosmetics, and she's creating a line of perfumes. On the music side, Minaj's new single 'Starships' has the potential of becoming a chart-topping hit.

On the other hand, Minaj might need a Hail Mary prayer after her Grammy performance debacle on Sunday -- but we don't think she'll have any problems selling her second album 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded,' which hits stores on April 3.
