No frauds here: Nicki Minaj flexed her charitable muscles yesterday (May 21) when she revealed that she quietly financed and Indian village's access to water and more basic needs.

Minaj, who recently vowed to help certain fans pay for college if they kept their grades up, shared an Instagram video in which members of the small Indian community rejoice as they use a long-awaited functioning well. Minaj shared that she's also helped the area's inhabitants pursue education.

"This is the kind of thing that makes me feel the most proud," Minaj wrote. "The money I've sent to this village in India for the last couple years [via my Pastor Lydia Sloley], has gotten them a Computer Center, a Tailoring Institute, a Reading Program and 2 WATER WELLS. We complain about the most ridiculous little things when some ppl don't even have clean water. Blessings to India. Our work is far from done. I'll tell you guys more about my charity work in the near future in case you'd like to be a part of it. Love."

Fans loved seeing the rapper's compassionate side, and praised her for her good work.

"Incredibly inspiring of you Nicki. Bless u for helping your brown brethren," one follower noted, while another wrote "Thank you for your support dear friend."

Minaj added in a separate post: "We're just getting started. These women are us and we are them!"
