Despite Nicki Minaj releasing her controversial video 'Stupid H--,' her faithful Barbz are still hankering for new music from Minaj's upcoming LP 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded.' The song 'Marilyn Monroe' leaked on the Internet on Sunday (Feb. 5) and we aren't sure if this is new or just a leftover track from her last album [note: This was a new track].

Named after the Hollywood starlet Marilyn Monroe, it seems like the late actress' troubled life was the inspiration for the song's lyrics. Minaj doesn't rap on the piano-driven track, instead, she sings about battling her personal insecurities.

"I can be selfish, yet so impatient sometimes I feel like Marilyn Monroe / I'm insecure, yeah, I make mistakes sometimes, feel like I'm at the end of the road," she croons. Minaj later sings: "Take me or leave me / I'll never be perfect / Believe me I'm worth it / So take me or leave me." Hmm? Is she trying to us something?

'Marilyn Monroe' shows Minaj's struggle with personal insecurities in a relationship. We think the Barbz will like hearing the softer side of Minaj next to the venomous rapper heard on 'Stupid H--.' If this song ever does get finished, it has all the markings of becoming a pop hit.

Nicki Minaj's 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded' will arrive in stores on April 3.
