Nicki Minaj Wins for Most-Searched Celeb Halloween Costume on Google

It looks like there are going to be lots of Nicki Minaj look-alikes out and about on Oct. 31. Last year, it seemed like everyone was dressing up as Katy Perry or Lady Gaga, but Ms. Minaj is giving the 'California Gurls' songstress and Mother Monster a run for their money this Halloween -- the 'Super Bass' rapper is the most searched celebrity Halloween costume according to Google statistics.

The New York Daily News is reporting that tons of people on the Internet are searching for Nicki Minaj Halloween costumes. The only costume terms that are more popular than the Harajuku Barbie are the generic 'Playboy Bunny' costume, the red fowls from 'Angry Birds,' and Natalie Portman's creeptastic film 'Black Swan.' Minaj is the music queen of Halloween, and she also beat out train-wreck Charlie Sheen and 'Pan Am' in Google search.

Although there aren't any actual Minaj costumes for purchase, there are plenty of ways to replicate the singer's outlandish and colorful wardrobe. The key to perfecting your Nicki look is a crazy, brightly-colored wig -- you can go for the Marge Simpson look or the afro style seen above. To add to the costume, pick up some eccentric and vivid accessories like chunky plastic jewelry or a chicken wing necklace, some killer pumps and a mini-dress or body suit.
