Nicki Minaj Delays ‘Super Bass’ Video Release, Snippet Leaks on Web

The release of Nicki Minaj's 'Super Bass' video has been delayed, but for those who just can't wait to see it, a snippet has leaked online.

The hip-hop chameleon sports straight pink hair and short shorts as she leads a group of similarly-dressed dancers in the 30-second clip. Minaj has promised the full video will feature "lots of eye candy and lots of beefcakes."

'Super Bass' was set to premiere on BET today, but last night she tweeted, "Super Bass is no longer coming out tmrw," with no further details.

'Super Bass' was directed by Sanaa Hamri, who also shot the clip for 'Fly,' a collaboration between Minaj and Rihanna that will come out in late May. Earlier this month, Minaj wrote that once the 'Super Bass' video comes out, she wants to have a contest to find the best fan-made video for the song.
