Nicole Scherzinger Performs ‘Try With Me’ on U.K. ‘X Factor’

Nicole Scherzinger is further deepening her connection to the 'X Factor' brand. While the Scherz is a judge on the nascent American version, she crossed the pond to perform on the U.K. version of the show on Sunday night (Oct. 30). Nicole tore through her latest single 'Try With Me,' dressed head-to-toe in black.

The ex-Pussycat Doll is a bonafide pop star in the U.K., where her album 'Killer Love' has produced a trio of Top 10 singles. The album's U.S. release has been delayed multiple times, but hopefully her raised profile, courtesy of 'X Factor,' will drum up more interest in her album in her native country.

Anyway, with her off the shoulder lace dress and long, shiny black locks tumbling down her back, Scherzinger, who recently split with her boyfriend, began the slow part of the song while seated. She stood up and danced as the song picked up pace. The stage and the overall performance was drenched in mystique and drama, thanks to the light show, as well as the smoke and wind machines! It all felt very "Nicole Scherzinger: International Woman of Mystery!"

There were no dancers accompanying her. It was just Scherzinger solo, doing her thing, shaking her firm booty across the stage. Her performance spoke volumes to 'X Factor' hopefuls: this could all be yours one day!

Meanwhile, the U.S. 'X Factor' returns to its regularly scheduled Wednesday time slot this week, so the Scherz will be back coaching her "Over 30s" and trying to help them get to the promised land of $5 million!
