Boys to men, indeed! One Direction have been one on incredible journey over the past five years. And while that journey is now off to uncharted territory thanks to their upcoming hiatus in 2016, the Made In The A.M. troupe have stayed strong — yes, even without Zayn Malik — right to the very end of their On The Road Again Tour.

Tonight, the young men looked appropriately grown in their suits on the red carpet of the American Music Awards. And hey, Niall? We're totally digging the glasses.
