One Direction Cover Shaggy’s ‘It Wasn’t Me’ in Concert

One Direction got their reggae on by covering Shaggy’s cheater’s anthem ‘It Wasn’t Me’ while in Nottingham on March 20. We didn’t think that many Directioners would know the song, since it came out in 2001, but they sure were singing along with da boyz.

It’s Liam Payne who leads the song, and he sounds Jamaican, like Shaggy himself. It’s so adorbs. We love when 1D throw us for a loop with their cute covers from other eras.

What did you think of 1D getting their Shaggy on? The song is uber catchy.
