One Direction have officially hit the big time: They're getting wax figures at Madame Tussaud's!

The group's wax figures will make their debut at the Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum in London on April 18 and will stay there until July 11, when they go on tour (much like their flesh and blood counterparts). The band's statues will then head to New York City's museum from July 19 to Oct. 11, then finally head to Sydney from Oct. 19 to Jan. 28.

And yes, the boys know you'll probably want to kiss their inanimate doppelgangers! How do they feel about that?

"I suppose it's kind of strange because they're quite fun to look at but I don't know about kissing them," Niall Horan admitted. Louis Tomlinson was more enthusiastic but also cautious, telling MTV News, "I think it's cool that our figures are gonna be kissed by different people ... hopefully that's hygienic."

Harry Styles didn't mind either way, but the notion was more confusing for him than anything else. Thankfully, our boy is a problem solver. "It might get a bit waxy," he mused. "Maybe we should make them out of lip balm."
