One Direction Announce New Album Title Is ‘Take Me Home’
Directioners, get ready to scream until your lungs are raw and your neighbors are deaf.
One Direction member Louis Tomlinson took to Twitter to reveal some huge news -- the title of the British-Irish boy band's upcoming album, due out this November. Are you ready, Directioners? It's called – drumroll, please -- 'Take Me Home.'
We already know that the first single from the album is titled 'Live While We're Young,' since the band announced those details via video last week, sending Directioners into a purchasing frenzy. It became the fastest-selling pre-order single in history, proving that the Directioners are ready and willing to gobble up a new single. The song won't be available until Oct. 1 in the U.S., but that didn't stop the 1D faithful from laying down their cash in advance. That's love! The 1D fever continues to burn at super hot levels, too!
And now, we have a title.
Tomlinson shared the news this morning (Aug. 29) via a simple tweet. You can read it below. So Directioners, what do you think of 'Take Me Home?' Do you like it? Does it excite you? We think it's dreamy. Who doesn't want to take any of the 1D boys home? We sure do!
So pleased to tell you that our new album is called "take me home" can't wait for you to hear it! More news soooon! #takemehome
