One Direction Add a Sweet Old Man to the Band [VIDEO]

It looks like One Direction have just picked up an extra band member. And it seems as if he is replacing Louis as the oldest of the group!

While backstage at the 2014 AMAs, the band invited Ray Fraker, "AMA RV guru," to join them for their Billboard interview.

"I'm so proud of you guys," Ray told 1D, congratulating them on their three wins of the night. And when the group went to introduce themselves to the camera, the elderly man joined in on the intro while holding one of the band's awards.

"Hi, we're One Direction, and you're watching Billboard," they all say in unison.

"And this is Ray," Harry points out, resting his arm on Ray's shoulder. So sweet!

Interestingly enough, this is the second time this week that One Direction (and the fan base) have made an older man Internet-famous. The night of the AMAs, once a 50-year-old dad tweeted his appreciation for the band's performance, Directioners everywhere immediately hopped on that train, creating meme after meme and celebrating the man's newfound fan status.

Fandoms are seriously a force to be reckoned with.
