With their debut album 'Up All Night' set to hit U.S. retailers tomorrow, emerging teen idols One Direction stopped by the 'Today' show this morning to perform for an army of screaming young fans.

The boys made quite an entrance by riding into Rockefeller Plaza on a double-decker tourist bus and heading right to the stage to sing 'What Makes You Beautiful,' which won Best British Single at the BRIT Awards and has been rising up the charts on this side of the Atlantic. All five members were present, including Zayn Malik, who was back with the group after taking some time off to deal with a death in the family.

During the interview, Malik spoke for the group when he talked about enjoying their rise to fame: "Since we've all got together, we've made four best friends. We live together, we're on the road everyday. So for us, that's the most amazing part. The only downside is we don't get to see our friends and family as much as we'd like to, but other than that, we're just enjoying it."

The guys also treated fans to live versions of 'One Thing' and 'More Than This,' both of which appear on 'Up All Night.' One Direction formed on the U.K. edition of 'X Factor.' The guys will stop by 'Saturday Night Live' on April 7.
