Good news, Directioners! One Direction are hard at work in the studio. The U.K. superstars are already prepping a followup to their smash 'Up All Night.'

Niall Horan tweeted the good news, writing, "great day soo far in the studio!! got some crackin tunes on the way!.. its been a while since we've been in the studio..great t be back." He followed that later on with another tweet that read, "Another amazing day in studio with rami, carl and @savan_kotecha , got some sick tunes for next album, and for you to hear worldwide on tour."

The band is currently in Sweden recording, per another of Horan's posts.

The 'What Makes You Beautiful' singers have been busier than ever lately. Their 2012 tour sold out in record time and they already have a slew of 2013 dates lined up to appease fans who may not have been able to snag tickets in time for their first headlining stateside excursion. It sounds like 1D fans will have a slew of new songs to sing along to at the upcoming shows -- and for boy band legends NKOTBSB to cover live!
