Paramore will be unveiling a brand-new song called 'Monster,' which will be featured on the upcoming 'Transformers: Dark of the Moon' soundtrack.

The band confirmed the new track on their website on Monday. Paramore, who parted ways with Josh and Zac Farro last year, have been in the studio for the past few months, working on new material.

According to MTV, Paramore is set to shoot a video for the song in Los Angeles next month. The 'Transformers: Dark of the Moon' soundtrack will be released on June 14, two weeks before the movie opens in theaters on June 29.

Linkin Park's 'Iridescent' was the first song to be released from the movie compilation, which also features songs from My Chemical Romance, Taking Back Sunday, Staind and Mastodon.

Paramore wrapped their South American tour in March and performed at The Bamboozle Festival in May. The band will head to Europe in July before hopping on select dates of the 2011 Vans Warped Tour. A release date for 'Monster' has not yet been set.
