If you were among the many who thought Paris Hilton's 'Drunk Text' was awful, at least you can take comfort in knowing the song will not be officially released on her next album.

Idolator received an email from a rep for the tv personality, who said, "We can confirm that the video leaked is not part of Paris Hilton’s new album. This video was recorded over a year ago. The first single will be out in a few months, we will let everyone know when it’s due for release.”

Manufactured Superstars, who worked with Hilton on 'Drunk Text,' confirmed the news while also hyping Hilton's next record: “Paris did this music video as a favor for us, it’s not part of her new album. This is an unfinished rough-cut, which was not ready for release. We’re looking into what happened and removing the illegal copies from the web. We’ve heard some songs from her new record which are incredible and are really going to surprise people.”

So what will be on the new Paris Hilton album? She worked with Afrojack on a track called 'Good Time,' and she's been spending time with party rockers LMFAO, so it sounds like high-energy club record. Paris has done nothing to temper expectations by claiming, "I’m very musically talented." It won't be long until listeners can judge that for themselves.
