Surveillance video of Justin Bieber's Egg Gate incident has been uncovered and should make it easy for the authorities to prosecute the singer for tossing eggs at his neighbor's house. Also, Michelle Obama was asked how she'd handle The Biebs' brattiness and her answer was supremely dignified.

First things first -- Egg Gate.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Department has recommended the filing of felony vandalism charges. They posses two key pieces of evidence which make such a filing possible, per TMZ.

One critical piece of evidence? A surveillance video taken from the raid of The Biebs' crib. The video shows the singer near the area in which the egg attack took place. While he is not seen tossing the eggs himself, he is there. The video has been supplied to the D.A.

Additionally, there is TMZ's video, where you can hear someone who sounds like JB yelling at the neighbor during the egg assault. You can't see much, but you can hear.

Also, the neighbor and his daughter, 13 and likely not a Belieber, are also the witnesses, although the neighbor and The Biebs have been beefing for a while. It's said that the 911 call made by the daughter matches the time Biebs is seen on the surveillance video.

The case could lead The Biebs to be charged with either a felony or a misdemeanor. The neighbor's repair estimates are in the $20,000 range. It would be up to the D.A. to seek the penalty depending on how he or she assesses the scope of the damage. A decision is expected this week.

In other Biebs-related news, Mrs. Obama, a mom to two daughters, was actually asked how she would handle the singer if he was her kid.

In her typical charming and graceful way, the First Lady said, "I would pull him close. You know, I don’t know if it would be advice as much as action. I would be very present in his life right now. And I would be probably with him a good chunk of the time, just there to talk, to figure out what’s going on in his head, to figure out who’s in his life and who’s not, you know.

"I found that to be the case with my kids. They just want you near, you know — they want that advice from a parent. They want to see you on a daily basis, you know, because the thing is he’s still a kid. He’s still growing up. So, I would pull him close."

Pattie Mallette and Jeremy Bieber are pretty present in The Biebs' life but maybe too passive of a fashion? Even so, Mrs. O.'s advice is like her sense of style -- flaw-to-the-less.
