Enigmatic pop star and YouTube phenom Poppy debuted her trippy new single "Voicemail" on Thursday (Jan. 31).

"Voicemail," a glitchy electro-pop stomper that finds the artist rapping in Japanese at one point, marks Poppy's first single off her upcoming third album due out later this year. The track was written and produced by Poppy and Titanic Sinclair.

I can't feel my fingers
I can't feel my toes
There's blood on my necklace
And blood on my clothes

I called up the police
Their voicemail is full
I guess I'm just out here
I'm on my own

I'm on my own
I'm on my own
I'm on my own
I'm on my own
I'm on my own
I'm on my own

Running I'm running I'm running
Running I'm running I'm running
Running I'm running I'm running
Running I'm running I'm running
Running I'm running I'm running
Running I'm running I'm running
Running I'm running I'm running

Baby wants to come home to daddy
Baby wants to come home to daddy
Poppy is your mommy
(Poppy is your mommy)

Do I make you angry?
Should I leave you alone?
You keep running from me
It's all that you know

Kimi hazukashii
Te ni imashou
I guess I'm just out here
I'm on my own

I'm on my own
I'm on my own
I'm on my own
I'm on my own
I'm on my own
I'm on my own

Running I'm running I'm running
Running I'm running I'm running
Running I'm running I'm running
Running I'm running I'm running

Poppy is your mommy
Poppy is your mommy
