Prince Harry has stated that he only learned how to cope with the death of his mother, Princess Diana, after decades of silence before finally opening up to talk about this childhood tragedy. Recognizing there's "huge merit in talking about your issues," he's now using his personal experience to take on difficult conversations through the Heads Together #oktosay campaign.

In the short video below with his brother, Prince William, and sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, Harry has many points to make about the benefit of sharing one's thoughts and emotions with loved ones or counselors.

Harry says he wishes for other youngsters who have experienced grief to be "brave" and express their feelings, instead of "bottling it up for far too long" as he did.

Heads Together aims end the stigma around mental health and change the conversation surrounding it. Check out the full video, filmed at the Kensington Palace grounds, and then visit www.headstogether.org.uk/oktosay to learn more about the campaign.
