Prince to Perform 21 Shows in Los Angeles

Prince will bring his purpleness to Los Angeles for a 21-date residency. That means Angelinos will have 21 chances to catch a Prince gig in their fair city over the course of the next few weeks. According to Idolator, the singer-guitarist is calling his City of Angels stay his '21-Night Stand.'

Supporting acts have yet to be announced, but will be revealed shortly. The ever-enigmatic Prince initially announced his LA residency via a call in to 'Lopez Tonight,' hosted by comedian George Lopez, last week.
Perhaps the best news of all is that most of the tickets will be available for the very affordable price of $25.

Word is that 85% of the tickets will be offered for that reasonable amount. So you won't drain your bank account in order to be drenched by a little purple rain!

The only confirmed dates so far will take place at The Forum on April 14, April 21 and April 22, with more information about dates and locations on the way.
