R. Kelly has been relatively quiet since recovering from his throat surgery this past July. On Thursday (Nov. 10), the R&B crooner posted a new song on Twitter to address the haters who were hoping that his tonsillitis would end his storied music career.

In fact, this might be the first time we have ever heard a R&B diss song directed toward tonsil-surgery haters. "It's been a long time coming but I finally feel a lot better about my throat since the surgery and this is the first song I wrote," Kels tweeted to his fans.

On the dramatic song, R. Kelly gives thanks to his doctors for helping him with his recovery and to his fans for their ongoing support. Then he segues into attacking the haters who were spreading rumors about him while he was in the hospital. "Even before the doctors were done and before I could awake / A tsunami of rumors had come to wipe my career away," he sings. "He washed up, he's lost it, he ain't got it no more / Well, I'm here to tell ya today boy, you haters are so slow," he adds.

And then he repeat this on the hilarious chorus: "Tell 'em, shut up / Shut up / Shut up / I'm talking to you / Shut up / Shut up / Shut up / I'm talking to you."

Kels even takes a moment to state a fact that he is the king of baby-making music. “Every boy, every girl, and every child around the world from the ’90s up until today was made off me," he croons.

As laughable as the song might be, it also shows how creative R. Kelly is when his back is up against the wall. Let's keep it real, R. Kelly could make a hit song about a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

To all the haters who think that R. Kelly's career is over, think again. The Grammy Award-winning singer is currently working on his next album, which he promises will be more freakier than his classic 1993 album '12 Play.'
