RAC Shares Summer Playlist + Explains How to Write a Summer Song [EXCLUSIVE]

Open up your windows, grab a cool drink and crank up this amazing summer playlist, courtesy of RAC!

While we love a good mix (and trust us, this one is fantastic), André Allen Anjos -- the man behind the moniker -- did us one better. Instead of just giving fans a playlist, he broke down the process of writing a song for PopCrush.

"You'll find that a lot of things in music tend to be methodical and almost mathematical in a way and not really based on inspiration or in any kind of visual idea," Andre explains. "The end result tends to go there, but it's not always the case."

We'll let Andre give you the details, but believe us when we say we were totally fascinated (and impressed!).

And speaking of great music, there's plenty of it on RAC's summer playlist. It kicks off with one of his very own songs, the supremely catchy 'Cheap Sunglasses,' before gliding into tracks from Fleetwood Mac, Bastille, Paul Simon, Haim, Beck and more. We're pretty confident that we'll have this playlist on repeat.
