Raven-Symone Just Made an Epic TV Comeback

We all know that Raven-Symone is set to return to the Disney Channel (yessss!) but our favorite That's So Raven star first returned to the small screen last night (Feb. 11) in a jaw-dropping episode of Empire.

In the ep -- called "Out, Damned Spot" -- Raven plays a woman named Olivia who majorly shakes up the life of Jamal (Jussie Smollett), claiming that she is the mother of his child. The snag? Jamal is gay, and his music career is taking off, so the timing is really interesting. Is Olivia's claim really legit?

Another interesting aspect of Raven's character is the mere fact that her name is Olivia. We're not even going to pretend that it's just a coincidence that it's the same moniker as her Cosby Show character. Maybe Empire Olivia just a grown-up version of Cosby Show Olivia? We love that Raven is diving headfirst back into television! She already blew our minds with that cray Empire appearance last night, so we can only imagine what she will gift us when she pops up on the Disney Channel show K.C. Undercover. Thanks to some of her Instagram snaps (which you can check out here) we know that Raven and Zendaya dress up as old men, which is tooootally giving us That's So Raven vibes. We may not be able to see in the future (ha) but we already know it's going to be amazing!
