His charitable nature was already mentioned as Reason No. 4. But Scooter Braun revealed on 'Ellen' that at 86 shows last year, The Biebs met with a Make-a-Wish child each night. His only stipulation? That the meetings would take place without cameras. He does it for the right reasons, not to generate positive publicity for himself. That makes him aces in our book. It does, however, warm our hearts when videos of him visiting, singing with or hugging his sickly fans lands online. We love seeing him make people's day.
