If you watched Rebecca Black's new video 'My Moment' and were just dying to know how the video came together, you're in luck. The teen singer has released behind the scenes footage from the video shoot where she talks about her sweet moves, and also includes words of inspiration for teens who are being bullied like she was with 'Friday.'

The now 14-year-old from Orange County notes that she loves dancing like in the vid, among other things. "My favorite part about working on the video set was doing the choreography. A lot of my backup dancers and the choreographer were from 'So You Think You Can Dance.' And I watch that show, so it's very cool to me. It was really fun to get back into dancing, cause I'm a dancer."

Black also comments on her rise to fame -- even if it was partially due to viewers mocking her song 'Friday.' "To see yourself on tv where everybody is watching and to see yourself in magazines like People, it's so unexplainable," she says.

Because people made fun of her, Becky wants to extend some words of encouragement for other kids who have been the target of ridicule, "For anyone who's been bullied or is being bullied right now, I've been there, and I know how they feel. It really sucks being bullied ... One thing you can't do is let them stop you from doing what you wanna do."

'My Moment' cracked the iTunes Top 200 this week, but has yet to chart on Billboard. The video has already gotten more than 10 million views in just a few days.
