Rihanna and Ciara Squash the Beef After Twitter Fight
Rihanna and Ciara are friends again after a claws-out fight between the singers started on Twitter a few days ago. The online brawl started after Ciara appeared on an episode of the E! television show, 'Fashion Police,' which is hosted by the brutally honest Joan Rivers.
On the show, the group of fashion icons and Ciara were discussing an outfit that Rihanna had worn to a recent event, when Ciara began to put RiRi on blast. "I ran into her recently at a party," Ciara said of Rihanna. "She wasn't the nicest ... It's crazy, because I've always loved and respected what she's done in fashion. It wasn't the most pleasant run-in." Joan Rivers then shared her opinion on the matter by simply saying, "B---h."
After Rihanna heard about Ciara's comment, the 'S&M' singer took to Twitter to retaliate. "My bad Ci, did I forget to tip you? How rude of me #howrudeofme ... You gangsta huh? Ha," wrote Rihanna. Ouch.
Ciara then responded to Rihanna, tweeting, "Trust me Rhianna u dont want to see me on or off the stage." Rihanna is apparently very quick with a comeback, writing, "Good luck with bookin that stage you speak of," which the 'Ride' singer brushed off by replying, "pure comedy."
Rihanna decided to take the high road by explaining that Ciara had hurt her feelings and apologized soon after the Twitter war had started. "Ciara baby, I love u girl! U hurt my feelings real bad on TV! I'm heartbroken! That's y I retaliated this way! So sorry! #letsmakeup," Rihanna tweeted.
Yesterday, the argument officially ended when Ciara wrote, "Rhi u know its always been love since day 1! Doing shows/everything. You threw me off in that party! Apology accepted. Let's chat in person." See! Even pop stars can have their feelings hurt. We hope that these ladies don't have any more problems with each other in the future!
