Watch Rihanna Bump and Grind in Diamonds Tour Rehearsals

Rihanna does a little bumping and grinding in the rehearsal footage from her soon-to-be-launching Diamonds tour. (It kicks of March 8, BTW!) In this clip, we watch the always sexy singer learning "stripper-slash-hood choreography," since that's the energy she's looking to capture on this tour. Bring it, girl!

We see RiRi in sweats and kicks, learning her dance moves with a big smile on her face. She's dressed down, but make no mistake. She's still hotter than freshly oozing lava.

It's refreshing to see Rihanna when she's not all dolled up, being loose and having fun. We get a sneak peek into what makes a Rihanna tour go, at least in terms of the dancing, singing, choreography and entertainment portion.

She bumps and grinds quite a bit towards the end of the 1:54 video. Anyone else need a glass of ice water?
