Scotland's T in the Park Festival is bringing out the stars for its 20th anniversary. The event nabbed Rihanna to co-headline its 2013 fest, which takes place from July 11-14 next summer.

RiRi is making her first appearance at the event and will co-headline along with the Killers and Mumford & Sons. The date is sandwiched in the middle of the two-month European leg of Rihanna's Diamonds World Tour, which will feature A$AP Rocky.

Festival director Geoff Ellis said, "We have always worked incredibly hard to bring our T in the Park fans the best lineup possible, and this year is no exception. We are unbelievably excited that Rihanna and Mumford and Sons will be taking to the Main Stage in Kinross as we are sure our audience will be."

Other big names confirmed for the event include Irish band the Script and rising hip-hop star Azealia Banks, plus Of Monsters and Men, Emeli Sande, Alt-J, Two Door Cinema Club, Palmoa Faith and Jake Bugg.

Plenty of additional performers will be announced in the coming months. Last year's event featured numerous superstar acts, including the Wanted, David Guetta, Nicki Minaj, Swedish House Mafia, and Florence + the Machine.
