Rihanna's legal tussles never seem to end. Fresh off another creatively minded lawsuit that accuses her of plagiarizing one of her videos, the 'You Da One' singer is dealing with a financial headache. The singer finally sold her water-damaged Beverly Hills mansion for $5 million. While it's usually a relief to unload a piece of property, especially a fixer upper, RiRi took a big loss on the property, which she bought for $6.9 million two years ago.

The L.A. Times reports that RiRi was asking $4.5 million for the home, which was damaged due to a rainstorm. RiRi may be able to recoup some of the money she lost in the deal, since she is embroiled in a lawsuit with the prior owner and broker over the water damage, which she says rendered it unlivable.

The home was listed as a "major fixer" traumatized by moisture on the roof, windows, doors and balconies. Despite that unattractiveness, the home still nabbed offers from four different buyers. Obviously, someone with a passion for rehabbing houses hit the motherload with this abode.

The expansive home, just over 8,500 square feet, features eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a den and three fireplaces spread over three stories. There is also a pool.

Once it's fixed up, it'll be some swank living quarters. But it's not RiRi's headache or problem any longer.
