When is Rihanna's eighth album, Anti, coming out? Who knows! But in the event you need a new look, a better handle on concealer or a head-turning new hairstyle, consider RiRi your gal.

The "FourFiveSeconds" singer, who may or may not have just filmed a BDSM-themed music video, is taking her more fashionable inclinations to the next level, according to The Hollywood Reporter: She's founded a beauty and stylist agency. If you squint really hard, that's almost like new music!

"Hair, makeup and styling play an important role in creativity," she told THR. "I am very involved with that part of my process, so this agency was an organic thing for me to do."

The agency, called Fr8me (FREIGHT-me? For-eight-MAY?) helps artists book shoots, red carpet events and commercial opportunities with the help of Rihanna's managing partner Benoit Demouy. The team's also recruited some pretty impressive talent, including Taraji P. Henson's wardrobe stylist Jason Bolden and Marcia Hamilton, the Smith family's preferred hairstylist.

"We are lucky enough to have some of the best artists at Fr8me," Rihanna said. "But I also have a soft spot for finding new talent with extraordinary skills!"

RiRi's also kicked off A Dog Ate My Homework, a photo agency, in tandem with Fr8me.

Designing socks and peddling new perfumes are some additional non-singing endeavors Rihanna has recently pursued.
