Rihanna, who was a finalist (or nominee) in 18 categories for the 2011 Billboard Music Awards, nabbed the award for Top Radio Songs Artist.

RiRi's last five singles have topped the radio charts and that's because you can't turn the dial an inch without hearing a Rihanna song. Come on, you know that you've heard 'Only Girl (In the World)' or 'California King Bed' at least twice in the last week. Don't even try and deny that you sing along to them in your car, either.

RiRi was her typical, fashion-forward self, wearing a crisp and clean white suit, which was a stark contrast to her fire-engine red hair and her blood-red, dagger shaped nails; we wouldn't want to meet the business-end of RiRi's hand, that's for sure.

"Now I can't remember anything I wanted to say," the singer, 23, said as she took the stage to accept her award. "So I am going to look for the faces." The first person she thanked was rapper and hip-hop impresario Jay-Z, the man who discovered our Barbados-born pop music queen.

Speaking of Rihanna's native land, she also shouted out Barbados. She didn't forget to thank the fans and listeners who call and request to hear her songs on the radio.

Congrats to Rihanna on her latest award!
