Rita Ora shares the title of cover girl with Adele for the ELLE Women in Music issue. While Adele was smoky and smoldering on her respective cover, her fellow Brit Ora gets her mouse ears and more.

Ora is adorbs on the black and white version, thanks to her big mouse ears and cute stare. She channels a French Revolution-style goddess in a poufy pink headdress on the other cover.

The singer admitted that her record label will never factor into her style choices, since she has emerged as a style star whose outfits on red carpets and at events are "must see" as of late. Of the notion that her handlers might have a say in her attire, she gasped, "That should never be allowed! It’s like somebody telling you what to sing."

She also revealed who her childhood idols were: The Spice Girls! "I just remember watching them – not even meeting them – and I was completely mesmerized," the singer said.

The Women in Music issue of ELLE lands on stands April 23. The photos of Alicia Keys and Taylor Swift are also stunning.

But for now, enjoy these shots of Ora in high fashion, regal-looking couture. She particularly stuns in cotton candy pink and shiny black leather Chanel. Since it's an ELLE cover, we're christening the look "Chan-ELLE."

This egg-shaped floral confection is by Dior Haute Couture and it's a tough shape to pull off, but Ora does it flawlessly.
