Real World star Ryan Knight, who passed away in November 2014 at age 29, died of an accidental overdose, TMZ reports.

The final autopsy report issued by Wisconsin's Kenosha County medical examiner states that the MTV star — who appeared in 2010's The Real World: New Orleans and the spinoff The Challenge — had a cocktail of various drugs including methadone, Tramadol, cocaine and Xanax in his system. Methadone is a "heroin substitute," Tramadol is a painkiller, and Xanax is an anti-anxiety medication.

As previously reported, TMZ claims that the reality star was found dead and covered in his own vomit on Thanksgiving Day 2014. Though the star had reportedly been partying the night before, friends told the site that Knight seemed upbeat and told them he was dating someone new.

It has been a difficult year for the Challenge family, who also faced the death of the courageous Diem Brown, who died on November 14 after a lengthy and highly documented battle with cancer. After their devastating deaths, MTV dedicated The Challenge: Battle of the Exes II to the two late stars.

Our thoughts are with Ryan Knight's family, friends and loved ones as they continue to make sense of his tragic death and continue the healing process. R.I.P. Ryan Knight.
