Sabi Wants ‘(Drop Dead) Beautiful’ to Be Britney Spears’ Next Single, Obviously

Britney Spears is getting ready to release her fourth single from 'Femme Fatale,' and while the decision is still up in the air, songwriter Sabi is hoping her collaboration, '(Drop Dead) Beautiful,' will be chosen.

On Aug. 5, Spears posted a poll on her Facebook page asking fans if her next single should be 'Criminal,' 'Inside Out' or '(Drop Dead) Beautiful.' 'Criminal' is currently in the lead, but Sabi is naturally rooting for her song.

"I don't know, I don't know, it's all up in the air," she told MTV backstage at the Femme Fatale tour. "Nothing is for sure yet. We'll see. It would be really nice if that were the next single. The crowd seems to really love it when we do it in the set. That's kind of like how we've been checking it out."

If the tune is selected, the singer/rapper suggests that its video could be inspired by the song's Egyptian-inspired interpretation on stage. "...I would imagine us in goddess-looking outfits and us looking vain," Sabi mused.

Spears has released three singles from her latest album, including 'Hold It Against Me,' 'Till the World Ends' and 'I Wanna Go,' each featuring stand-out videos. 'Femme Fatale' debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard charts and has been certified platinum in the US.
