Salt-N-Pepa Perform ‘Push It’ in 2014 Geico Commerical [VIDEO]

Salt-N-Pepa's 'Push It' may be 27 years old, but it is coming back in a major way! Need proof? Look no further than Geico's new commercial.

The TV spot features the iconic hip-hop trio encouraging people to, well, push it! Whether it's athletes at football practice, a pregnant woman in a childbirth class or a man approaching a door, the musicians are there to enforce the reminder. (With the track's signature breathy chant, no less!)

A voiceover explains the trio's cameo, saying, "If you're Salt-N-Pepa, you tell people to 'push it.' It's what you do. If you want to save 15 percent or more on car insurance, you switch to Geico."

We'll give them points for not only incorporating an iconic, Grammy-nominated song into their marketing plan, but also for giving us an excuse to listen to 'Push It' on repeat. We're going to go listen to 'Hot, Cool & Vicious' now.
