Well this is certainly a party we wouldn't mind attending. Actually, let's rephrase that. We wouldn't mind dancing on top of a pool table to get Sammy Adams' attention.

The 24-year-old hip-hop artist is back in a big way with his new song 'Only One,' a song that is sure to be one of the hottest tracks of the summer! 'Only One,' which premiered last Thursday, has already reached the No. 1 spot in Los Angeles... Well let's get real, it only took a day to reach No. 1.

And ever the gentleman, Sammy took to his Twitter to thank his legion of fans, writing, "Thank you to all my fans… You guys are the world."

But let's rewind for a minute. Believe it or not, 'Only One' isn't Sammy's first No. 1. His EP, 'Boston's Boy' which was released in 2010, reached the top of iTunes' hip-hop chart in its first week and the albums' single, 'Driving Me Crazy,' peaked at No. 8 on the hip-hop chart.

Two years following the release of 'Boston's Boy, he finished his second mixtape, 'Party Records Mixtape,' which was produced by DJ Whoo Kid and DJ Cash and sampled beats from a number of artists including Deadmau5 and Yolanda Be Cool, performed at Lollapalooza in Chicago, and made his television debut on 'Conan.'

We've got a feeling he'll be around for a looooong time. We're pretty okay with that.
