Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun stands by his man. Braun, who frequently interacts with Beliebers via Twitter, took to the social media messaging service to voice his displeasure over The Biebs being snubbed by the Grammys. He got zero nominations for 'Believe,' which had to sting, especially since the teen just told Oprah in his 'Next Chapter' interview that a Grammy is the one thing he really wants.

First, Braun tweeted a note of congrats to his other charge, Carly Rae Jepsen, who received a nom for Song of the Year for 'Call Me Maybe.' The Biebs "discovered" the song and brought his fellow Canadian to the U.S., so that had to smart.

first...congrats to @carlyraejepsen . thought u deserved a best new artist nom, but proud Call Me Maybe got u 2 noms. so proud of u.

Then he tweeted the fact that he pretty much thinks the powers-that-be at the Grammys are asleep at the wheel.

second....this time there wont be any wise words, no excuses, I just plain DISAGREE. The kid deserved it. Grammy board u blew it on this one

He then went on to explain how The Biebs was in a critical career phase transitioning for boy to man and he did it seamelessly.

the hardest thing to do is transition, keep the train moving. the kid delivered. Huge succesful album, sold out tour, and won people over...

He continued his rant, posting:

...this time he deserved to be recognized and I dont really have any kind nice positive things to say about a decision i dont agree with.

He then congratulated the other nominees, to avoid appearing like sour grapes, saying:

so to all those nominated...you do deserve it. You worked hard and u earned it. Just feel like so did JB.

He then left the fans with a note of hope about The Biebs:

To his fans...looks like we get to stay the underdog a little longer. #BRINGIT

Somehow, we think that a Grammy is in Justin Bieber's future, even if not right now. So what if he is an underdog a little longer -- and that word is a bit of a stretch, since he is one of the most successful pop stars of all time. He will rise!
