During rehearsals for the American Idols LIVE! tour, 'American Idol' Season 10 winner Scotty McCreery sat down with Yahoo! to offer a little insight into the production, which will see the show's favorites performing together again like an extension of the actual season.

Season 10 was rife with contestants from multiple genres, ranging from jazz (Casey Abrams) to metal (James Durbin) to balladeering (Pia Toscano) to McCreery's own country music. That's precisely why McCreery said that this tour will appeal to and satisfy fans of all genres.

"It's crazy when you think about it," the 17-year-old North Carolinan said. "What makes this tour so perfect and so beautiful is that we have so many different genres and so many takes on music on the same stage. It's going to be a beautiful thing. Whatever genre you like is going to be there."

McCreery, as the Season 10 winner, will perform last on the tour, rightfully so. He would not divulge whether or not he and runner-up (and rumored girlfriend a few weeks back) Lauren Alaina will duet like they did so many times during the season and during the post-show promotion run. All he would say is "Maybe! We're definitely looking at duets and trios and some of us doing background vocals for other people."

McCreery will perform a mix of uptempo and slow, sentimental songs, which will help him appeal to a more mass, commercial audience, as he shows off the chops that earned him the 'Idol' crown. He also said the lineup will include a few songs that were performed during the season and a few that were not, which will keep things interesting and unpredictable for everyone who purchases a ticket.
