Selena Gomez has issued the cover (and a new title) for her forthcoming Selena Gomez and the Scene album 'When the Sun Goes Down.' The album was initially called 'Otherside,' but the teen queen (and GF of Justin Bieber) is allowed to change her mind and she did just that. 'When the Sun Goes Down' is Gomez's third album.

Gomez tweeted the cover last week, posting this accompanying note: "I wanted to be the first to give ya'll a sneak peek of my upcoming album cover for #WhentheSunGoesDown out June 28."

The cover features a sultry, adult-looking Gomez in roaring '20s, flapper attire. She has a shoulder-grazing black bob, complete with blunt bangs and is wearing plenty of pearls, a jeweled headpiece, a fur shrug and pouty, pale pink lips. She looks like a sex bomb and even though her fanbase skews young, she is 18 and is growing up, right before our very eyes. We like seeing Gomez attempt such a classic and different look with the cover; she is certainly steering clear of what so many of her young, midriff baring pop star peers are doing.

Target will issue the special edition of 'When the Sun Goes Down,' which will include four bonus tracks. Right upon release date, Gomez and the Scene will hit the road and pound pavement on their 'We Own the Night' headline tour with Allstar Weekend.
