Selena Gomez just won her first Moonman, you guys — and it was a major one!

Sel won the first award of the MTV Video Music Awards telecast tonight (Aug. 25), nabbing the Best Pop Video honor for her ‘Come + Get It.’

Selena hugged BFF Taylor Swift and losing nominee Bruno Mars before taking the stage in her sophisticated, slit-up-to-there gown.

“This is heavy, oh my goodness,” Selena said after being handed the Moonman by presenters One Direction. (BTW, she kissed each one of the guys when accepting the award, probably to an eye roll from Harry Styles ex Taylor!)

“This is my first actual Moonman, thank you so much,” Selena gushed as her bestie joyously raised the roof in the crowd. “This has been such a great year for me and I wouldn’t have done it without you guys, so thank you so much. This is so cool! Thank you! I love you guys. Take care.”

You can bet Selena and Taylor are going to party tonight!
