After lots of teaser tidbits, Selena Gomez has unveiled the final product for her 'Hit the Lights' video. 'Hit the Lights' marks Gomez's third official single off of her third album, 'When the Sun Goes Down,' with her band the Scene. In the video, Gomez takes us through a series of vivacious, fun-filled activities as she and her friends seize the day and night.

Like her last clip for 'Love You Like a Love Song,' Gomez utilizes bright colors to really make the 'Hit the Lights' video pop. The clip starts off with Gomez standing in front of a bright green background of gigantic balloons -- her gorgeous look is reminiscent of an old-school pin-up girl in her dark shades and wild curls. The 19-year-old songstress then hops into her friend's truck for some fun in the countryside, jumping and getting lost in the beautiful, open scenery.

Later on, Gomez and her posse take a house party by storm, dancing around the lit-up floor and frolicking around outside, illuminating the blackness with sparklers and flashlights. There are some really great solo scenes with Gomez that truly encompass the message and beat of the feel-good dance tune, as well. In one part, Gomez is seen looking super glam in a room filled with twinkly luminance courtesy of a disco ball. She can also be seen feeling the music in a room flooded with pink balloons.

The 'Hit the Lights' video is slightly reminiscent of Katy Perry's 'Teenage Dream' clip in the sense that it is all about young people really living in the moment. Gomez's clip for 'Hit the Lights' highlights the overall quality of the song in addition to showing the singer's growth in terms of choosing compelling and captivating visuals for her songs. She is definitely moving up the ranks towards pop diva status along with artists like Rihanna and Ms. Perry.
