The return of Selena Gomez is nearly upon us... and she's bringing a friend!

Mexican pop star Paulina Rubio teased a forthcoming collaboration with Gomez during an interview with Vanidades magazine.

Due out in 2017, Rubio's next album will reportedly include a duet with the Revival singer.

"My new album is like another member of the team, or the family. It will be a true warrior, has something from all genres, from band to pop, collaborations of DJ Snake and Selena Gomez," Rubio revealed, per Entertainment Tonight.

"I tried to keep a key element: That the music is danceable," she added.

Meanwhile, Gomez's own third studio album can't be far behind: In December, the pop star was snapped in the studio with producer Justin Tranter.
