Who’s the Guy in Selena Gomez’s ‘The Heart Wants What It Wants’ Video?

Selena Gomez sent her fan base (and music lovers in general) buzzing yesterday (Nov. 6) when she released her video for 'The Heart Wants What It Wants.' One lingering question we have, however, is who is the guy starring alongside her?

We did a little digging and found not only has the mystery man worked with Selena before -- he's starring along massive superstar in another project!

First things first: Bustle IDed the gentleman as actor Shiloh Fernandez. According to Cosmopolitan, he previously appeared in a 2013 short film for Flaunt alongside Selena. Fernandez's IMDB page listed tons of other projects, including stints on 'Gossip Girl,' 'Three Rivers' and 'United States of Tara.'

However, the most interesting thing to catch our eye is that he'll be starring alongside Shailene Woodley in the adaption of 'White Bird in a Blizzard.' (You might remember the duo's PDA-heavy trailer for the movie.)

Lastly, in case you need a refresher, Selena told Ryan Seacrest that when Justin Bieber saw 'The Heart Wants What It Wants,' “He was a little jealous of the video guy at first."
