New Season 4 'The Voice' mentors Usher and Shakira may be at a disadvantage since they don't have the same level of experience as returning coaches Blake Shelton and Adam Levine, but promos released by NBC show the newbies aren't intimidated.

"The only thing I hope is that they underestimate me," Shakira says of her colleagues on the judging panel. "I'm very opinionated. I have an opinion for every single thing. Now there's an opportunity to blurt out those opinions and be critical, but in a very constructive way."

When asked what he expects from Season 4, Usher responded honestly, saying, "I don't know. And that's the beautiful part about it all. We just know there's gonna be a ton of talent and hopefully a lot of opportunity to learn. That's what music is about. It's about passing on what you learn from the past and creating voices or careers of the future."

These two sound so excited and eager to help all the aspiring singers. Hopefully they're ready to get down and dirty to battle it out with Adam and Blake to woo the best contestants over to their team.

Auditions are already underway for the new season of 'The Voice.' The first episode airs on NBC on March 25.
