Deep breaths, PopCrushers. One of our favorite songs by one of our favorite artists was covered by one of our favorite rising stars. To say we're overwhelmed would be an understatement. Yes, Shawn Mendes covered Ed Sheeran's 'Thinking Out Loud' and it is everything.

Allow us to explain. We're huge, huge fans of Ed's original take on the song, so naturally we were just a little hesitant to hear a cover. However, Shawn proved that we had nothing to worry about. Accompanied by a guitar, he channeled Ed's calm, charismatic presence as he nailed 'Thinking Out Loud.' If there were any people questioning Shawn's incredible talent, we're pretty sure he silenced them.
